Penny Horner will be teaching a new ‘vinyassa flow’ yoga class on alternate Saturday afternoons in the Community Centre, starting on October 24th, from 3pm - 4pm.
In vinyassa yoga, each pose flows with the breath into the next and helps to build flexibility, strength and a deep sense of relaxation. The class will be suitable for those new to yoga as well as more experienced practitioners as options are available for all poses to suit the needs and abilities of those in the class.
The first class on October 24th will be a FREE TASTER CLASS – so do come along and give it a try. Subsequent classes will be £5 a session.
Please bring a yoga mat to the class if you have one. Contact Penny if not as she might be able to help.
Penny has been practicing yoga for many years and is just completing a training course to be a registered Yoga Alliance teacher at Meadowlark yoga in Edinburgh, where she has also been teaching.
Please get in touch with Penny if you have any questions about the yoga. She can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org
