Upcoming Courses

THIS THURSDAY (Places still available)

Pete Holmes has carefully prepared this workshop to be an entertaining and highly informative day for all the family. Learn about bushcraft (for those of you not sure what that is: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bushcraft ) possibilities of seashore and ancient woodland - acquire fire-making, shelter-building and foraging skills!

You are advised to bring if you can: walking boots, a handkerchief, a packed lunch, waterproofs, a pocket knife, and a compass.

Head down next Wednesday to the Community Garden to enjoy a truly wholesome day learning about plant propagation and getting your hands dirty with Head Gardener Gill Blease. Find out more about West Ardnamurchan Community Garden on their blog: http://wacg.tumblr.com/about - an inspiring place to be and join in. Messy clothes advised.

Pete Holmes will be teaching how to build your own will plant climber. Pete will provide local natural willow and all of the other materials needed for the day. Leave the workshop with your very own sweet-pea-climber, runner-bean-frame, or sculptural-garden-obelisk!

Due to last month’s highly successful Seashore Identification and Foraging Walk, another one is well due. Discover the treasure-trove of our coasts, fill your pockets and open your mind to an often unseen world. A brilliant day out for everyone.
